in the school staffroom at 6.00 pm. All meeting can be found on the school calander here.

Attending BOT Meetings: Board meetings are open to the public and anyone is welcome to attend. If you wish to speak at a meeting, speaking rights will need to be granted by the board and 48 hours’ notice will be required. This can be done by sending an email to the board directly at bot@stellamaris.school.nz or by calling the office by 6.00 pm of the Tuesday before the meeting.

Written submissions also need to be provided 48 hours before the board meeting so they can be distributed with the board papers. These can be emailed to the board directly at the address above or a hard copy delivered to the school office by 6.00 pm of the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
